Instruction of Use

  1. Stretch about 8-10 inches from the roll allowing the wrap to loosen.
  2. Starting at the base of the toes/fingers, apply one full wrap on top of the foot/hands horizontally without stretching, lightly press the overlapped bandage to secure the base.
  3. Applying the desired tension, continue to wrap with a 50% overlay in a spiral going up until the desired area is covered.
  4. When the body part is wrapped, tear or cut off the excess. Gently press layers to secure the wrap windings together.
