What is the standard production lead time?
Regular items usually take about 20 days. For OEM products involving custom packaging or molds, the lead time is typically between 30 to 45 days.
How is the product quality controlled?
We perform a 100% inspection during production, followed by random inspections before packing. Pre-production samples are also available for approval before mass production begins.
What are your payment terms and after-sales policy?
We accept TT and Western Union. We provide free replacements for any manufacturing defects within the valid product period.
